The meeting brought together heads of departments, agencies, and key stakeholders to review the progress of development activities, discuss performance of ongoing projects, and assess the implementation of District’s Annual Action Plan for the period under review.
In his opening remarks, the District Coordinating Director Mr. Emmanuel Kwesi Asamoah commended members for their continued collaboration and urged all departments to intensify efforts toward achieving the set development goals for the year.
Members also deliberated on issues relating to data collection, monitoring and evaluation reports, and preparations toward the fourth quarter activities. The meeting emphasized teamwork, accountability, and timely reporting as key elements for effective planning and development coordination.
The session concluded with recommendations aimed at improving inter-departmental coordination and ensuring the successful implementation the District Medium-Term Development Plan.
