Kibi Goldfields Limited, the key development partner of the Assembly gave a handsome donation of a tricycle and a motor bike as well as a cash donation of Gh¢ 5,000.00 to support the 2025 farmers’ day celebration in the Fanteakwa South District on the 4th of December 2025. The Managing director led a delegation to present the items to the Coordinating director in the presence of supporting staff and heads of departments.
Speaking at the presentation, the managing director emphasized their unwavering support and commitment to the communities in which they operate and the district assembly especially. He continued to assure all gathered that the bond will be deepened and strengthened to achieve more, he then went ahead to commit to doing better and assisting the Assembly to award even better prizes than is being witnessed this year, and as well promised more to be done in their existing corporate social responsibility portfolio.
The District Coordinating Director in accepting the donations stated he was impressed with what he had seen and heard of the company since taking over, and was very grateful for the support and the voluntary offer to do more in collaboration with the assembly. He offered all necessary assistance of the assembly to guarantee smooth operations of the company in the district.
